I think everybody in this world dreams to stay healthy and I guess all of us love to look good and also wish to stay young. Yeah, how I wish!!! Well, it's impossible to stay young but we can try our best to slow down the aging process. So, I need tips and I need to be reminded, regularly...
Some tips for sharing;)
1. Go Spiritual
Humans created with a package of body, mind and soul and every single components needs nutrition to stay healthy. Souls needs to have the 'Iman'(faith) and 'taqwa'(obedience) for Allah by practising and perfecting our 'ibadah', remembering HIM (zikrullah), to obey HIM and to avoid whatever forbids by HIM. Healthy soul will lead to a peaceful and healthy mind and may translate for a greater feeling and well being.
2. Have a positive mind
Avoid negative thinking and Dream Big!!!
Yeah, sometimes things may not turn out as what we expected. It may weighing down on us and burdens our life, but always be positive about the day ahead. We might have tried our best and may the rest be taken care by Allah. 'Tawakkal', have faith and seek for HIS help and guidance :)
3. Control Anger
Angry really takes beauty away and put more wrinkles on the face..
Bak kata orang2 tua, Jangan Mudah Marah, Nanti Cepat Tua
Smile instead:)
(I should practise more;p)
4. Beauty sleep
We are not robot. Having said that, we need rest and our beauty sleep.
When getting enough sleep, we wake up feeling fresh and rejuvenated..

5. Drink plenty of plain water.
For a good detox and for staying hydrated.
6. Calcium intake
Take at least a glass of low fat fresh milk daily or opt for other high-calcium food or supplements. Our bodies experience gradual reduction of calcium as we age. So we need to replenish it to avoid any bone-related problem such as osteoporosis and for having healthy, strong teeth :)
7. You are what you eat
Eat a balance meal (mix of carbo, protein, vitamins and minerals) with a lot of veggies and fruits.
Veggies and fruits provide the vitamins and minerals needed by our body and super nutritious foods for the skin too :)
8. Beauty regime
Make sure to clean our face twice a day before going to bed at night and after waking up in the morning. Apply at least these 3 basic steps: Cleanser - Toner - moisturiser. Use the products that only suit our skin. On top of those 3 basic steps, I normally apply night serum 3 times a week for skin booster and it works.
Do not forget to apply the sun block for day time. (I always forget mine:p) This is essential to avoid early pigmentation due to sun exposure.
9. Body Care
There are ranges of bath and body care products available in the market. Just choose the ones needed and suitable to our skin. Body skin needs cleansing, exfoliating, scrubbing and moisturising too.. For a great de-stress, why not spare some of our times for a body spa and massage once in a while.
10. Keep Active and Exercise, peeps.
Don't underestimate the advantages of doing house-chores as they are part of exercise too and keep moving around. (Ops! me and my laptop, terkena batang hidung)
Keep involve in whatever activities that will make us sweat, gardening, yoga, jogging, skipping, playing sports or working out in gym for at least 3 times a week.
(a BIG reminder to myself!! Supaya jangan malas-malas;p)
